Until now such analysis was done using a computer process called a "middle-data technology". But since this approach was outdated researches at Gottingen University decided to relinquish its use and develop a new data processing program. This program allows the Syriac researchers to easily analyze their findings. In addition there is a caveat for the Syriac language students: with this program it is now possible to teach Syriac text-analysis with a selected learning material. =========================================================================== the D I R E C T O R Y =========================================================================== ZNAD (Assyrian Democratic Organization) ZNAM (Archeology Magazine) ZNAP (Associated Press International) ZNBN (Bet-Nahrain Inc/ KBSV-TV "AssyriaVision") ZNDA (Zenda: zenda@ix.netcom.com) ZNMN (San Jose Mercury News) ZNNQ (Nabu Quarterly) ZNNV (Nineveh Magazine) ZNRU (Reuters) ZNSJ (San Jose Mercury News) ZNTM (Time Magazine) ZNUP (United Press International) ZNUS (US News & World Report) =========================================================================== W E L C O M E T O Z E N D A =========================================================================== Zenda welcomes our new on-line subscribers from: CORPORATE ACCOUNTS Fujitsu USA Integrated Circuit Systems UNIVERSITY ACCOUNTS PERSONAL ACCOUNTS Chicago, Illinois =========================================================================== S A L U T E =========================================================================== Zenda wishes to thank the following individuals & organizations whose contributions appear in this issue: Lena Mushell San Jose, California Adrin Takhsh Berlin, Germany --------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------- Headers -------------------------------- From zenda@ix.netcom.com Mon Feb 10 04:32:48 1997 Return-Path: zenda@ix.netcom.com Received: from dfw-ix2.ix.netcom.com (dfw-ix2.ix.netcom.com [206.214.98.2]) by emin47.mail.aol.com (8.6.12/8.6.12) with ESMTP id EAA20200; Mon, 10 Feb 1997 04:32:45 -0500 Received: from walkhas-pc.3com.com ([139.87.93.19]) by dfw-ix2.ix.netcom.com (8.6.13/8.6.12) with SMTP id AAA13410; Mon, 10 Feb 1997 00:04:23 -0800 Message-Id: <3.0.32.19970210000717.00685bc8@popd.ix.netcom.com> X-Sender: zenda@popd.ix.netcom.com X-Mailer: Windows Eudora Pro Version 3.0 Demo (32) Date: Mon, 10 Feb 1997 00:09:39 -0800 To: zenda@ix.netcom.com From: ZENDA Subject: ZENDA II (Vol II,#51 ; 2/10/97) Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"
